What happens during the session?
Four hours to understand, feel and discover freediving with strong foundations.
Understand and breathe
One hour of theory covering freediving fundamentals: physiology, breathing, equalization and safety rules. We then continue with dry relaxation and breathing exercises.
Explore static apnea
A first static practice in the water to discover breath-holding gently, observe your sensations and build confidence without performance pressure.
Discover depth
Guided dives to try two disciplines: free immersion and constant weight with fins. The GoPro provides free memories and a useful view of your position for learning.
What to bring
- Swimwear, towel, water and sunscreen
- Your mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit and weight belt if you have them; any missing equipment is provided
A guided practice
Safety before performance
Exercises are progressive and always supervised, with no pressure to push beyond your comfort.

Ta’ahiamanu Beach
The meeting point is in the lagoon at Ta’ahiamanu Beach in Moorea. The location is confirmed before the session according to conditions.
